Akash Winery
Temecula’s Newest Winery
Akash Winery is a hip, trendy winery with much to offer. Akash is perched upon 20 acres of vineyards, in the heart of Temecula Wine Country’s rolling hills just off Calle Contento. The tasting room is a comfortable, light-filled atmosphere with a classy, eclectic feel. The outdoor patio offers comfortable, relaxed seating and views of Temecula Wine Country.
I enjoyed speaking with Akash and learning about how his family came from the hospitality background in Orange County to having a dream of owning a winery in Temecula Wine Country. Now after 10 years in the making, the Patel family has made their dream of owning a winery in Temecula Wine Country a reality. Having been opened for just a few months, this estate-grown, single-vineyard, boutique winery has grown very rapidly in popularity. The wines have won many esteemed awards, and their wine club membership is rapidly growing.

Luke’s on Front
One of Old Town Temecula’s best restaurants!
The Klein family moved to Temecula in 1979 to raise their two kids, Ryan and Kelly. Both Ryan and Kelly have watched Temecula grow their entire lives. Ryan has spent the last ten years in corporate sales.
Kelly and her husband, Chris Cusack, met working in the restaurant industry, where they have over 50 years of combined experience. Chris and Kelly got married and started a family, and they chose to stay in the Temecula Valley to raise their kids. Their first son, Luke, was born in December 2008, but sadly died shortly after birth. He became the inspiration for their restaurant in Old Town Temecula.

Property Marketing That Works
So much of real estate is focused on sales. Whether it’s making a sale or completing a purchase, the mentality of realtors has become so focused on volume that many have lost the ability to provide a personal touch. I want to change that mentality and bring interaction with my clients to a personal level where I am 100% with them on their journey to buy or sell a home.
As part of the commitment, I will provide a high level of professionalism along with cutting-edge marketing tools and an extreme dedication to service and communication. Just like my clients, I value customer service, and that’s where my focus will be.

Professional customer service with a personal touch and a strong commitment to meeting the goals of my clients.
